Ingredients for Vangi bhat masala powder

  • cumin seed spice
  • Dry coconut – Copra – Kopra
  • coriander seeds spice
  • dry red guntur chilli
  • split chana dal
  • urad dal – split white lentils
  • cloves lavang
  • dry byadgi red chilli
  • khuskhus poppy seeds
  • cinnamon dalchini spice
  • 1/4 cup dry coconut
  • 1/4 cup chana dal
  • 1/4 cup urad dal
  • 1/4 cup coriander seeds
  • 4 inch dalchinni
  • 15 cloves
  • 20 dry red chilli byadagi/kashmiri and guntur together or you may add red chilli powder instead of whole red chilli while grinding.
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds/khuskhus/gasagase
  • Optional ingredients
  • 1/2 cup curry leaves
  • 3 cardamom
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

Instructions
