The color of papaya smoothie
The color of papaya smoothie will depend on the papaya you are using. Papaya color ranges from yellow to dark orange.
Color will also depend on the quantity of milk, yogurt and vanilla ice cream you use.
Alternative to honey:
In case you do not have honey or do not wish to use honey for any reason, you may use sugar, condensed milk or any sugar substitute that you wish.
How to make Papaya Honey Smoothie?
Ingredients to make papaya smoothie to serve 2 persons
- 1 cup chopped ripe papaya
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 1 cup thick yogurt
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
- 2 tbsp Rooh Afza
- few strands saffron(kesar)- soaked in 1 tbsp warm milk
Making papaya smoothie
- Put papaya and milk in a blender and blend till smooth.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and blend until thick and frothy.
- Serve cold.
